Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Elevion Global LLC and its platforms (Targetive, InboxScope) use cookies and similar tracking technologies, and how you can manage your preferences.

Effective: January 1, 2026 Updated: March 1, 2026 Elevion Global LLC

We use cookies to make our platforms work correctly, to understand how you use them, and to provide you with a better experience. This policy covers all domains operated by Elevion Global LLC.

01 What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work or work more efficiently, and to provide information to site owners.

Alongside cookies, we may also use similar technologies such as web beacons (transparent pixel images), local storage, and session storage to collect and store information about how you interact with our services.

02 Types of Cookies We Use

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for our platforms to function. They enable core features such as user authentication, session management, security tokens, and load balancing. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
  • Performance & Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with our websites by collecting and reporting information anonymously. We use this data to improve our platforms.
  • Functional Cookies: Allow our websites to remember choices you make (such as your language, region, or login preferences) to provide a more personalized experience.
  • Marketing Cookies: Used to track visitors across websites. The intention is to display ads that are relevant and engaging — we limit these to our own retargeting and do not share data with ad networks.

03 Cookie Inventory

Below is a representative list of cookies used across our platforms:

04 Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our platforms are set by third-party services we use. These third parties may collect data about your online activities across different websites. Third-party services currently integrated include:

  • Google Analytics: Web analytics to understand traffic and usage patterns. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled by default to ensure your full IP address is never stored on Google’s servers, particularly for users within the EEA.
  • Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe sets cookies necessary to process transactions securely. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. Stripe cookies are used for fraud detection and to ensure the security of the payment flow; these are classified as Strictly Necessary for the completion of financial transactions.
  • Intercom: Customer support chat widget. Governed by Intercom's Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudflare: Security, CDN, and performance services. Sets cookies for DDoS protection and bot management.

We do not have control over third-party cookies and encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services directly.

05 Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You have several options to control or limit how cookies are used when you visit our platforms:

  • Cookie Consent Banner: Our consent manager allows you to granularly opt-in to specific categories (Analytics, Functional, Marketing) while keeping Necessary cookies active.
  • Browser Settings: Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically find these in the "Privacy" or "Security" section of your browser preferences. Note that disabling all cookies may affect the functionality of our platforms.
  • Browser-specific guides: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera each have built-in cookie management tools accessible through their settings menus.
  • Google Analytics Opt-Out: You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Disabling strictly necessary cookies is not recommended and may prevent you from logging in or using core platform features.

06 Do Not Track

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. Because there is currently no universal standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, our platforms do not currently alter their behavior in response to DNT signals. We continue to monitor regulatory developments in this area and will update our practices accordingly.

07 Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as our platforms evolve or regulations change. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our websites and, where appropriate, via email to registered users. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
